All orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. Manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Or you might change your mind. That's why we have an industry-leading Hassle Free 14-Day Return Policy that states:

If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Freejstore within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. The items may have variants randomly inserted throughout the production run. We cannot accept requests for specific variants, nor can we accept returns on opened items. The items you receive may be different in colours due to screen colours or photoshoot lighting. Policy details are subject to change without notice.

Since Freejstore deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.

• Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 6 quantities (or more) of the same item, are not eligible for returns.
• Items must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).
• Authorization of a return will be at the discretion of Freejstore. In the case of orders of six or more of one item or low-priced items, other options may be pursued. Photo documentation may be required.

If you have eligible products to return, you can use our easy online Returns Department to obtain an RMA Number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

We ship locally within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and international. 

Shipping fee will be calculated once you start check out. The fee is different from where the item is going.

Please provide your complete address and telephone number when you check out to ensure a smooth delivery process.

All orders from the UAE will be shipped every day of the week, except for Saturdays and Sundays.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order so you can stay updated on its progress.

We ship via courier services, and a recipient is required to receive and sign for the package upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the provided shipping address.
